The Circle of Opportunity

Turning Potential into Prosperity, One Business at a Time.

Imagine a Southern Wisconsin where small businesses don’t just survive — they thrive.

Where entrepreneurs with big ideas but limited resources find the support they need to launch and grow.

This isn’t just a dream; it’s the foundation of our mission.

The Circle of Opportunity

Turning Potential into Prosperity, One Business at a Time.

Imagine a Southern Wisconsin where small businesses of every type thrive.

Where new and experienced entrepreneurs find the tools, guidance, and confidence to turn ideas into real income.

This is not a dream. It is the mission behind the Business Readiness Program.

We do work that matters for people who care.

The Business Readiness Program's Idea to First Dollar Incubator is a hands on, cohort based program designed to take entrepreneurs from concept to early revenue in eight focused weeks.

We support startups, side hustles, mom and pop businesses, trades, home based businesses, and traditional small companies that are often excluded from incubators.

If you have a business idea or an existing business that needs clarity, structure, and real traction, we are here to help.

Empowering Dreams, Building Businesses, Transforming Communities

Small businesses are the heartbeat of Southern Wisconsin. They create jobs, bring life to neighborhoods, and build local wealth. Yet most founders face the same challenges:

  • No clear plan or strategy

  • Overwhelm from scattered resources

  • Confusing steps for legally launching a business

  • Limited access to mentors and real world guidance

  • Struggles with pricing, branding, and marketing

  • Fear of starting without support

We close these gaps by providing a guided path from idea to first customer.

This is a full circle approach that equips founders with skills, confidence, community, and direction.

Because it’s time to put our startup and small businesses first!

For every $1 invested in a startup or growing business, the local economy sees a return of $4 to $6.

Small businesses are the primary job creators and contribute significantly to local wealth and development.

For every $100 spent at local businesses, $48 is recirculated back into the local economy.

In contrast, national retailers only return $14 of that money!

This shows how critical small businesses are for sustained economic growth within a community.

Stability to the local job market.

During economic downturns, small businesses are 2.5 times more likely to retain jobs, providing stability to local economies.
