The Business Readiness Program's Idea to First Dollar Incubator is a hands on, cohort based program designed to take entrepreneurs from concept to early revenue in eight focused weeks.
Small businesses are the heartbeat of Southern Wisconsin. They create jobs, bring life to neighborhoods, and build local wealth. Yet most founders face the same challenges:
No clear plan or strategy
Overwhelm from scattered resources
Confusing steps for legally launching a business
Limited access to mentors and real world guidance
Struggles with pricing, branding, and marketing
Fear of starting without support
We close these gaps by providing a guided path from idea to first customer.
This is a full circle approach that equips founders with skills, confidence, community, and direction.
Our incubator is designed for:
First time founders

Mom and pop businesses

- Community instead of isolation
- Real world learning instead of theory
This program is built for people who want to create opportunity for themselves, their families, and their community.
